If you’re anything like me, overall wellbeing and good health is important, but what happens when we get preoccupied with life and inadvertently sacrifice our health? It’s so easy to take good health for granted and just forget about things we need to do to keep our bodies in optimum shape. There is a time limit for how long the body can be neglected, and when that time limit is up, the body begins to send warning signals that something is going wrong. If you’re paying attention, help can be sought to correct the problem.

When life is wonderful and we want to reward ourselves, we tend to indulge in very best foods high in calorie and fat content. When we’re stressed we neglect our bodies by not eating, indulge in some kind of addictive behavior or drown in our sorrows on a junk food binge. In either case, the end results are not good.
Given the current state of the economy, life pressures are great for many people high and low on every social economic status. STOP! STOP! WHAT DOES ANY OF THIS HAVE TO DO WITH HEALTH? Hmmmmmmmmm… Inquiring minds want to know!
